Branch Chain Amino Acids (BCAA) is an important group of essential amino acids consisting of Leucine, Isoleucine and Valine. BCAA is among the nine essential amino acids that our body cannot produce. How to use?

Pour one serving 6 g of BCAA powder (dispenser is inside the package), in 150-250 ml of water, skim milk, juice or other drink and shake well or mix. Suitable to use 1-2 times a day. Use this product in conjunction with food as part of a healthy, balanced diet, not as a substitute for such.

Storage:

Store closed at room temperature, in dry place, away from direct sunlight. Keep away from young children (optimal temperature: +2 o C to +25 o C).
